We hope that you love your purchase! However, we understand that not every purchase will fit and returns are sometimes needed.

Love the item, just need a different size? Due to high order volume and quick sell-through, we are unable to process exchanges.  We recommend placing an order for the different size as soon as possible to prevent sell-out.  You may mail the return back to us according to the instructions below.  Once the return is received, you will receive an email with a Gift Card code usable online or in-store towards a future purchase. Our Gift Cards never expire.

Need to just return an item from your order?  Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.  We are unable to issue refunds. Please see the return guidelines below. 

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES: 

-All return packages must be postmarked within 14 business days of the date you receive your shipment.  Returns are not accepted after 14 business days. 

-For hygenic reasons, we are unable to accept returns of jewelry, hats, bralettes, pajamas, robes, Barefoot Dreams Loungewear and blankets, all blankets, pillows, hair accessories, bath bombs, all seamless undergarment items, or leggings.

-All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, makeup and deodorant-free, animal-hair free, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, makeup and/or deodorant stained, covered in animal/pet hair, or smell of smoke will be refused.  ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

-Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box.

-All returns are processed for store credit only via the form of electronic Gift Card, which will be emailed to you when the return is processed.  Please allow up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process your return. 

To return an item by mail, we offer two options, as follows:

1.  You may email us to request a pre-paid return label.  Please send an email to kelli@bungalow123.com with "Return Label Request" in the email subject, and your order #, name, and item or items you would like to return.  We will email you a pre-paid return label.  A $5.95 postage fee will be deducted from the store credit issued to you.  You will receive your electronic gift card via email as soon as the return is received and processed. We are not able to provide pre-paid mailing labels for international orders. 

2.  To return the item/s yourself, please circle the items you are returning on your Packing Slip, and include the Packing Slip inside the package. Please fold clothing neatly and place in the original plastic garment bag as it was received. You may mail your package back to:

We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Shipping charges are not refunded.  

Once we receive your returned merchandise, it will be processed within 5 business days, and you will be issued an electronic gift card for store credit, for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You will receive this electronic gift card via e-mail to the address that was given during your order. Priority Mail and UPS Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item or items purchased with a  Bungalow 123 Gift Card that was issued to you for a previous return, a $5 restocking/materials fee will be deducted from your new gift card amount. 

If you believe your item is received damaged or defective, please email us immediately at Clientservices@Bungalow123.com with your concerns. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
